Lakes at Centerra Master HOA

Managed by Westwind Management, the "Master" HOA is the governing body responsible for the larger Lakes af Centerra communitie's amenities, including the clubhouse, pool, playground, social activities, and common area landscaping.

Sub Associations woek in cooperation with the Master HOA. Landscaping and architectural reviews for propertis in sub-associations are inidially managed by respective sub-associations with then work thorugh the Master HOA to ensure any Architectural Changes aligh with the Master HOA Covenanets.

High Plains Environmental Center

The High Plains Environmental Center ("HPEC") managed property surrounds both Houts Resevoir and Equilizer Lake, as well as interspersed areas throughout the community, promoting "Surbitat" ecosystems, where suburbia and native ecosystems coexist. SUBURBITAT promotes public awareness of how communities can restore natrual resources, conserve water, and support pollinators thorugh the throughtful use of native plants in our landscapres. 

High Plains School

Located within walking distance of the District, the High Plains STEM school emphasizes science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
